TopBridge Group pledged to sweep the culture to the end
Recently, Mr. Wang Rong, president of TopBridge Group, gave a lesson to all members of the company: “If one room doesn’t sweep, and how to sweep the world?” As an entrepreneurial enterprise, we dare to achieve the ultimate in everything we do, then we will be an amazing team. “Sweeping” is such an insignificant matter, but it should be every homework done by the TopBridge people.
The transformation of the 5S theory into the corporate culture of the TopBridge Group is a word that begins with the cleanliness of everyone's side, extends to the organization of their work and life, achieves excellence in the ordinary, and brings sufficient value to the company and its customers.
Mr. Wang inspects the sweeping work
Our purpose is not to allow employees to clean up. Cleaning itself does not bring any direct economic benefits to a commercial company, not to mention that simply relying on cleaning will enable our companies to have the opportunity to reach the Top 500 in the world. Does the story of someone sweeping the toilet inspire you?
Once there was such a person, as a top student who graduated from school, was ordered to clean the toilet by the work unit. The first, when she reached into the toilet, almost nauseated, so barely lasted for a few days, she felt unsustainable and was ready to resign. If it was you, what would you do? I am afraid that most people will not hesitate to choose to resign.
When she decided to resign, she suddenly found an old cleaner, who was working with her. After she finished cleaning, she drank a bowl of water from the toilet. She immediately stunned, but the pride of the old cleaners renewed her values again. She said: "After I clean my toilet, I can drink even the water inside!"
She suddenly realized one thing: Only with an extremely responsible attitude to work can we pick up heavy social responsibilities. From then on, when it comes to cleaning again, it will never feel unbearable, but it will be used as a necessary experience to temper and enhance oneself. Every time she cleans her toilet, she asks herself a question: "Can I take a bowl of water from the toilet?"
The answer was yes. When the manager checked, she drank a bowl of water in front of everyone's face in a clean toilet. Adhering to this strict professionalism, she became the youngest cabinet minister in Japan at the age of 37!
How did TopBridge people clean up?
Doors and windows, dead ends, and any place that may be filthy.
Full participation is not slack.
For the sweeping results, Mr. Wang has only one requirement: Spotless and refreshing. For sweeping activities, it must be carried out every day and full participation. Sweeping is not the ultimate goal. It is through sweeping and sorting that everyone understands a truth: The so-called professionalism is that any job, regardless of its nature, has ideals and realm, and higher quality can be traced; and the significance and value of the job lies in whether the person engaged in the work can focus on the job itself. Excavate or create pleasure and enthusiasm in it so that the company and its customers can do what they can and even exceed expectations.
In 2017, the company has officially launched the listing. TopBridge Group has spent a brilliant decade. Next, it needs all employees to carry out "cleaning work" in the end. In this way, we can go further on the road of a hundred-year enterprise.
